Adoption Process

If you are interested in reserving a puppy for an upcoming litter then you must first fill out the Puppy Questionnaire and submit it for review.  This helps us know more about you and what you are looking for in a puppy. We will call within 24-72 hrs to answer any questions, discuss availability, and determine if our program is a mutual fit. 

Read our puppy contract and deposit agreement, so that you know what we are mutually agreeing upon before entering this agreement together.

Once you decide that you would like to move forward with getting a puppy, after we've spoken over the phone, we will complete the  deposit contract with the pertinent details and send the deposit contract via DocuSign after the non-refundable $500 deposit has been received via Venmo. The order we recieve the deposits determines the choosing order of the puppies, and is first come, first serve.

Once the puppies are born, we will share pictures and videos regularly on our private Facebook group (only for the families on the litter) to show you their progress.  When the pups are between 5-6 weeks old, we will invite each family to the ranch to pick their pup in person. The familes will be invited out individually in the order the deposits are received, so each family knows which pups are available to choose from. 

You will need to pay the remaining balance ($3000) in cash at puppy pick-up  A receipt will be provided at time of payment.  The purchase agreement will be sent via DocuSign prior to puppy pick-up and the AKC papers will be transferred digitally at this time.

We will notify you of the exact date of Puppy Pick Up Day and will schedule appointments with each new owner for that day.
